Thanks for the information. Today, I went on and bought the pro version. I am not a developer so it is taken me a while to figure this out but I almost have it to what I want. I have three inquiries.

1. I copied the shortcode in the link you sent above:

“e.g. [mrp_rating_item_results layout=”options_block” rating_item_ids=”4″]”

and liked this display better than the no_options shortcode. I changed the example id to my id obviously.

The only problem is that,I am still getting the overall rating of the two separate ratings that are not related. Please look at this particular post to see my example:

It is my dev site. I need to create multiple polls and ratings that are independent of each other but shows the rating of each specified rating/poll.

2. Is it possible to show an overall rating like how it is in my link and show the other independent ratings?

3. Can the ratings go across categories so that each post will display the same ratings and have their own unique results or do I need to create my ratings/polls individually for each post? I think I can kind of answer this one with Enable Post Types setting. I guess my concern is that I have three main categories that require three different set of ratings so I was wondering if I can get away with not checking the post type at all and just going in each individual post and add the ratings there.

I know it’s a lot to ask and I am sorry to bother you. Thank you so much and the plugin is awesome! You have done an amazing job and thank you again.

Dude I am so glad you asked this question! I have been looking at so many plugins and all of them take the average of all specified criteria instead of the total of each respective criteria. Why hasn’t it been done?
