Even if i update the page the url field shows always: “The file xml it seems not existing. Click into the “Try Again” button in order to refresh it!”
I’ve just tried the new version of the plugin but nothing change ??

Can in be caused by products with blank description?

Hi @antoscarface, thankyou for your support.
I tried to follow the steps you’ve suggested but nothing works.
First issue: when i checked in the upload folder i found no “products-catalog” folder.
There’s only the “pixel-caffeine” folder which can be related to your plugin, nothing else.
Second issue: when i click “try again” button, nothing happens, indeed in the log tab there’s no new row.

Hi @nazrulhassanmca! I’m trying to using your plugin and i think it’s great!
There’s only one thing I don’t understand! I’m tring to use the feature “Authorize amount at time of customer paying and charge within 7 days from woocommerce shop order page”.
If i look in my Stripe account and even in my order page (in woocommerce) I see the order has still to
be captured but if I check in my Credit Cart the amount has been charged!
Is this correct or there’s something wrong? I’m using a prepaid card, do you think this could be the reason?

Dear Bojan! I tried writing to Avada support but i had no answer! I fixed the problem adding this custom css:

@media only screen
and (max-width : 880px) {
.popup{
display: block!important;
}
}

I find these css lines but I don’t know how to fix them!
I try to overwrite them from the custom css but it doesn’t work! I even try to find this css file but i don’t know where is it! (it isn’t avada style.css)
Any suggestion?

Ok, to see the popup you have to open this product page:
https://www.ctwsport.com/prodotto/slip-tecnico-running-uomo-reno/
After adding this product to your cart you’ll be redirect to cart page where after 4 second the popup will appear!
PS: please don’t look to site css cause from some hours i’m on trouble with css but problem with your plugin is not related to this one ??
