Hi @simongh
You can set fixed prices for secondary currencies, but you can’t have different prices for the same currency based on language. If you need different prices within the same currency, the solution would be to create separate/different products; one for each language.
Let us know if you need further guidance!

- In the right sidebar, under the “Language” section, ensure that both “Duplicate uploaded media to translations” and “Duplicate featured image to translations” options are checked.
- Then, try synchronizing your media again:
- Go to “WPML > Settings > Media Translation”

In reply to: [WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML] TutorLMS compatibilityHi Dev,
Thanks for reporting these issues.
Just to clarify, the plugin listing shows it needs manual translation, which means it’s not fully compatible with WPML right now.
Also note that this forum is for our free WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin. We can’t provide support for the premium WPML plugin here due to www.ads-software.com’s no commercial support policy. For WPML-related issues, please report them on our support forum, and our team will assist you there. In the meantime, I’ll share your feedback with our partnership team to look into this and evaluate if the compatibility status needs to be changed.
Thanks for understanding!
Hi Mike,
1. Website Design Issues:
WPML does not add any language prefixes/suffixes to content or menus. Instead, it creates separate posts for each language. This behavior suggests that the issue might be caused by another tool or configuration on your site.2. Translation Quality:
WPML offers multiple translation engines, including DeepL, Google, and Microsoft. Additionally, we now provide an AI-powered translation option through our WPML AI engine (LLM). This feature is currently in beta, and you can learn more about it here: WPML AI Translation.3. Support and Refunds:
Our support team is dedicated to assisting you with technical issues. However, please note that refund requests are managed by our administrative team. You can submit a request via the form provided in my previous answer.I hope this clarifies any misunderstandings.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML] WCFM Marketplace supportHi Dev,
If the issue is related to geolocation, you can try using this filter:
add_filter( 'wcml_user_store_strategy', function ( $strategy, $key ) {
return 'cookie';
}, 10, 2 );If that’s not the case and you suspect an issue with the WCFM integration, could you kindly reproduce the problem on this sandbox site? Please let me know once the issue is reproduced and explain me the steps to follow to see the issue so I can take a closer look.
Best regards,
Hi @thebigmike ,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I’ve searched our database for your profile name and website registered here on www.ads-software.com but couldn’t find any associated WPML.org account. Could you confirm your username on WPML.org?
- Design Issues: Could you share more details about the issue? For example, which theme or page builder (e.g., Elementor) you’re using? This will help us identify what might have gone wrong. If you’re willing, please open a chat on our forum.
- Content Changes: WPML core plugin does not add language prefixes (e.g., [:en], [:fr]) to content or menus. Have you used our testing tool for developers? It creates fake translations to simulate content. Additionally, did you migrate from another multilingual plugin?
- Automatic Translations: WPML offers multiple translation engines: DeepL, Google, Microsoft. If you experienced translation issues, we’d like to investigate further to understand what went wrong.
- Support and Refunds: Our multilingual support team spans various regions to cover different time zones and languages. Refund requests must go through our administrative team; you can submit your request here.
We’d greatly appreciate any additional information to assist you further. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve.
