Hi Richard. I think I worked it out somehow because my last subscriber email came from Nicole Lennox Creative.

I am using a ProPhotoBlog theme. I had to uninstall Jetpack recently so I just fixed it so that the “Subscribe” function on should work. Is there something else I should correct as far as the OpenGraph site source?

@jeremy: I am having the same problem. My subscriber blog posts used to come from “Nicole Lennox Creative,” but I must have accidentally changed setting and now they have been coming from WordPress.com. The site title in my general settings still says Nicole Lennox Creative so I don’t know how else to fix this.

Also, for some reason, it seems like WordPress.com/org lists my main website and blog as two separate WordPress blogsites that I manage.
