In reply to: [Content Egg] Autoblogging: Featured image from external URL?Thanks for the answers.
I have only the paid version of the Rehub theme, can I still get a quick fix?

In reply to: [Content Egg] Duplicate productsRelated problem, looks like a bug:
When I add the same keyword multiple times to the keyword list of an autoblogging job, when clicking on ‘edit’ to re-open the job all duplicate keywords get removed.

In reply to: [Content Egg] Autoblogging: Featured image from external URL?Ok, I figured out %Amazon.img% is the template tag I was looking for.
By setting the custom field to this tag it works, but Content Egg still imports the image and adds it to the media library. How can I avoid this? I don’t want any image imported for legal reasons.

In reply to: [Content Egg] Autoblogging: Featured image from external URL?Edit: It looks like there is a custom field for the Featured Image from URL plugin. But I can’t find any documentation about the template tags.
E.g. does something like %Amazon.title% exist?
Also, where can I find a list of all available template tags?

In reply to: [Marlin lite] Terrible SEO flaws and ignorant supportGood to hear.
Please reply in this thread once you have fixed it and I’ll change my rating.
Hi Paolo,
Thanks for the fast reply.
Yes, I disabled all other plugins and the issue still exists.
One thing just came to my mind: The website is hosted on Amazon Cloudfront. Maybe this could cause an issue?
Thanks

In reply to: [Easy Amazon Product Information] Doesn’t work for some ASINHi,
It’s this one: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B075T59WYX

In reply to: [Easy Amazon Product Information] Doesn’t work for some ASINThanks for replying.
This one for example: B075T59WYX
It’s a recommendation from Google. If I had ever listened or cared about guidelines from Google I’d still be working a 9 to 5 job.
Query Google.com for “chinese horoscope”. Note how 6 out of 10 results don’t have a branded title.
Now search for “chinese horoscope calculator” and see how #2 from the previous search (travelchinaguide.com) also ranks #2 here while all the branded serp snippets from the previous search are nowhere to be seen.
This is just an example, there’s countless others. By using the full title real estate travelchinaguide.com can rank for more keywords with the same URL.
There’s a difference between those people who do the same as others because “that’s how it is” and those people who question things and test things on their own.
The first ones always end second.
Looking forward to this feature. Actually I would even call this a fix ??
With the importance of SERP snippet and CTR optimization it’s very limiting to not be able to manually define the complete title.
I never understood this design decision and I’m happy to hear about the planned changes to this. Thanks!

In reply to: [Easy Amazon Product Information] ASINs werden nicht verarbeitetSame issue here. ASIN in question is: B075T59WYX
Any clues why this is? Will this be fixed anytime soon?
Other plugins I’ve used so far don’t have this issue.
Thanks
EDIT: I’m opening a new thread since this one is marked resolved and my comment might not get noticed.

In reply to: [Content Egg] Autoblogging: Amazon tags don’t get updatedThanks for the answer!
1) So I would have to create custom templates and then use it as follows, correct?
The product [content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/name limit=1 offset=0] currently costs [content-egg module=Amazon template=custom/price limit=1 offset=0].
2) How does the performance of these kind of shortcodes and auto-updates scale? I’m planning to create 7000 posts with approx. 30-50 shortcodes each. Will the auto-updates kill the blog?

In reply to: [Kale] Two different H1 on every page@lyrathemes, the original thread wasn’t answered nor was the issue acknowledged while all other threads were answered, thus I posted again one week later. Looks like the second post then was deleted by a forum moderator and I wrongly thought it was the theme owner.
Anyway, many thanks for fixing it. That was quite a serious SEO issue and I hope you fixed this in all your themes?
@jdembowski: Why was the 1-star review not visible within the aggregated reviews on the Kale main page? Changed it to 5 stars now, but I’m curious whether there’s much censorship going on on WP.org
