Does this plugin also install a Matomo server?

I was under the impression that it’s only a Matomo client.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean with custom tracking code etc.
Manually installing the script will obviously work, but is time consuming.

So the benefits would be: Ease of use and official support.

There’s already a WordPress plugin implementing the tracker proxy script:

But in case the author decides to abandon it, it would be great the official Matomo plugin supports hiding of the server URL.

But then the chatbox will not appear inline and break the design of the page anyway. The point of using the shortcode (or div with CSS) is to embed the chat window at a specific position.

Any ETA for the fix?

Unfortunately this is not working, here’s what I did:

1) Removed the shortcode
2) Added <div id=”watsonconv-floating-box”></div> to a custom HTML Gutenberg block instead
3) Override some CSS:

#watson-float {
    bottom: auto;
    right: auto;
    position: static;
}

The chatbox appears and is placed at the same position, but it still has the same bad behavior on iOS devices.

Any rough ETA for the fix to be released?

Regarding DOM, I simply included the chatbot window with the shortcode [watson-chat-box]. Isn’t this a standard way to configure it?

Does that mean the shortcode implementation doesn’t work on iOS devices? This would render the shortcode useless, since nowadays 50-60% of traffic is mobile.

Permalinks was already set to postname. But re-saving the permalinks settings did the trick.

Unfortunately that’s not a very feasible solution.

Can you add Polylang support to text strings which are defined in the customizer?
That would be great as Polylang is one fo the most popular multilingual plugins on www.ads-software.com

In this case a caching plugin makes a lot of sense.

My mistake, I was not clear in my opening post.

The whole time I was referring to the gap set to the default (10px).
It should add this gap only in between columns, but not on the outer side of them.

I have set the margins and padding to zero on all devices.
