Hey dahntheman,
Thanks for letting me know. It seems the issue is fixed now.

Hey jayeshguru,
It seems like the issue might be related to the timezone settings on your WordPress site conflicting with the “Date & Time Picker” plugin. Our plugin relies on the timezone set in your WordPress site’s general settings to display the correct event times.
Please check your WordPress site’s general settings and review the timezone set there. Adjusting it should help resolve the discrepancy in event times.

Hey dahntheman,
Thanks for letting me know about the issue. I’ve tested it on my end, but I couldn’t replicate the problem. I’ve tried different networks and computers, and everything seems to be working fine. It’s possible that the issue might be specific to your network or computer, or it could be a cache problem. Could you try accessing the form from a different network or computer to see if the issue persists?
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hey dahntheman,
Thank you for letting me know about the issue. I’ve checked everything on our end, and it seems like everything is set up correctly.
When I tried booking an appointment, I noticed that available dates start from tomorrow onwards. For example, if today is March 5th, you can book appointments starting from March 6th.
You can see this in the screenshot here: https://share.zight.com/QwuXwdyx. Does this match what you expected?
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.

Hi robard03,
It seems like the issue with the Date picker plugin might be related to the form configuration itself.
Can you let us know which form plugin you’re using? If it’s something like Contact Form 7, you’ll need to adjust the title within the form settings.

Hi @bbex,
It seems like the problem might be related to the PHP maximum execution time. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider to increase this limit?
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hey @1968phillip
Consider switching to a dropdown for date selection instead of text field .
For setting values programmatically and closing the popup, you can use the hide method something like $datetimepicker.datepicker(“hide”);
That method is used to close the popup after setting the value.

Hello magalandres,
Our plugin’s time zone functionality relies on the general site settings you’ve configured in WordPress. So, if you set a specific timezone in your WordPress settings (https://wordpress.com/support/settings/time-settings/), that should be inherited by our plugin. It means that the time will be displayed in the customer’s selected timezone when they fill out the form. However, our plugin doesn’t have a built-in setting to convert the time to your timezone or UTC separately. The conversion should happen automatically based on your WordPress site’s timezone setting.

Hey Raveka,
Thank you so much for sharing this solution! Your code snippet is incredibly helpful, and I’m sure it will benefit others who encounter the same issue. Your willingness to contribute your knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Hello Raveka,
Thanks for your positive feedback on our plugin! While we don’t have a built-in feature to make the date picker field read-only, you can potentially achieve this with a custom script. However, please be aware that creating and implementing such a script is not within the standard scope of our support.
You might want to consider consulting a developer or researching online resources for assistance in writing a custom JavaScript solution to make the date picker field behave as desired on mobile devices.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance with our plugin, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hello Wmsas,
In the free version of the plugin, you can have multiple fields with the same configuration. However, please note that all these fields would have the same rules and settings. If you need different rules for different pickers, you might consider upgrading to the PRO version of the plugin. With the PRO version, you’ll have the flexibility to apply distinct rules to various pickers in the same form, which can be very useful for more advanced configurations.
Feel free to explore the PRO version if it aligns with your requirements. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Hello andreitejada21,
Thank you for reaching out and for your suggestion!
It’s great to hear that you find this feature useful. Currently, our system only supports restricting selection of past dates, not past times within the current day. However, I appreciate your feedback, and I understand how this could be valuable to our users.
I will make sure to add your request to our feature request list. Your input is valuable in helping us improve our service.
If you have any more questions or suggestions, please feel free to share.
