The site does not and has never had an SSL, the owners didn’t want to pay for one on a site that is hardly ever visited, but it is actually not a problem anymore as they have decided to make the English version of the site 1891rhyl.com biligual so we will be getting rid of the 1891yrhyl.co.uk site and forwarding the domain to the English site.

Thanks for this, I haven’t heard back from my website admin, and since you and the hosts both suggest the same as the problem, ie spam filters then I will assume that that they have managed to woork out the problem.

Yes it says ‘Thank you for your message. It has been sent.’ And it is recorded in the database by using the CF7 DB plugin. Its just that when you try to use the .gov.uk email address the form doesn’t d3eliver to the recipient.

Sorry. The third email address is the email address I need this form to deliver to (the one on the screenshot). Email address one and two are email addresses I used for testing the form. So, the form works with test email addreses one and two but then stops working all together when I add the third email address or simply use the third email address instead of the test emails.

The form works with my email address, it also works with a second email address of mine, it also works with a combination of the two, ie two recipients.

The form stops working at all when I add the third email address that this formactually needs to deliver to.

So the problem is a specific email address, but I dont know why its inclusion would stop the form working alltogether.

Also, sorry forgot to mention, the submissions are being recorded in the database by using CF7 DB just not being delivered to any recipients once that ‘Specific’ email address is added. It works fine when just my email, or two of my different email addresses are used.

As I mentioned, the form works until I add this specific third email address. And this specific email address stops the form delivering to any of the other email addesses where before it delivered fine to the original two. Basically the third emnail address stops the form working.

The hosts have suggested that the specific email address, that stops the form working at allhmay have spam filters set up, but I dont see how this would affect the other two email addresses that worked previously.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. It is definitely something to do with the ‘Sepcific’ email address

Juist so you know this is now working so thank you. Im trying to find out whether it was the inclusion of the wordpress@ email on the mail server and the deactivating of the emails on the plesk webserver that sorted it. I was next going to suggest the info below being useful which I got from your site.

Yes, as I say, the form works to my personal email address, which is also using the pipe method just wont deliver to @denbighshireleisure.co.uk addresses from either the pipe method or just in ‘cc’ and ‘to’ fields. The @denbighshireleisure.co.uk are hosted in a different location to the website itself so I have asked the email hosts to create the WordPress@ email addesses that is used in the ‘From’ field and deactivsted emails on the website webservers plesk control panel to see if that works…

I have the same problem, but without the site being migrated or anything, pretty sure from readying this that the change in the table prefix is the problem.

My ‘wc_download_log’ is called ”wpmh_wc_download_log’ all my db table names are prefixed with ‘wpmh_’, Im guessing this has just happened causeing the issue to just start?!

Can I ask will removing the table prefix, deactivating and reactivating woocommerce, delete all the products in the database?!

What has caused the name change?
