An RSS feed just gives me the slides without the slideshow in WordPress. There are plenty of plugins that use RSS but they are not suitable for a variable number of slides – only a slideshow will do that.

I did look in the documentation but failed to find this info.

Thanks for the info – I have now managed a manual update. However I am still worried that I have an access problem. Recently I was unable to use phpMyadmin because the access restrictions were too permissive! I had to contact my host’s people to find out which file it was, and they must have changed some accesses.
Can anyone tell me exactly which folders and files the automatic update needs to access.

Hope that is ok. I do not quite understand how the editor is afected by the theme.
The editor states that I am using Arial 14pt. What is displayed is something else, above all when there is a link or when I change the color.
It is most unsettling even though the end result is generally correct!
I was using MistyLook now TwentyTen as themes and the results are much the same.

I would like to add screen shots! But how??????!!!

No…oh it seemed to work under WP but when I went in from another browser and not signed in I had the same problem.

Thanks for your help that seems to have worked. I just modified the style sheet of the plugin. I think the box sizes can already be modified when setting up the form, but I’m looking for a better solution.

Sorry I have just checked again and now posts do appear twice even owhen they are on the front page, but not when I am signed in! Must be a re-direct and probably a plug-in.

I’ll try. But I really think it would be good for non-nerds to be able to format it without doing that.
