When i disable Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks plugin, the footer is not displayed at the whole Website

Hello!
When is disable Elementor nothings change. When I diable “Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks” the Footer is not displayed at the whole Website.
When i activate it the Footer is as previously.
So the Problem seem to be with “Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks”
Am i right?
