I have made requests on their Facebook and Linkedin pages and sent email to address this issue since it is being ignored here.

The changelog indicates 6 updates since your original post with the issue totally ignored.

I use this on all but one of the websites I run – a client, for that one website, contacted me saying the Contact Form 7 was not working. I set up Easy WP SMTP and it was back working again.

Yup – same with my websites. Rolled back to 5.7.2 and all is fine

I am using Mail (2) as an option to “Send a copy of this email to yourself” and formatting for that remained intact with 5.7.3

Thank you for promptly acknowledging that potential issue. In my case the client’s (old) theme had borders, box-shadow, background-color and more assigned to .alignright

By the tone the developer has taken toward people here on this support area I doubt there is going to be a quick resolve with www.ads-software.com, which certainly reduces confidence.

Just to be clear you have removed, without warning, a feature that has been there from the outset of your plugin but then say “I can’t say when (or if) this will make it onto our development roadmap”. There is a certain irony in that.

I’ll present another irony in terms of your pricing for your pro version
WooCommerce Tab Manager $99.00 – basically attends to one task

Booster for WooCommerce, basically does much of what your pro plugin does and about 300 other tasks – currently $77.40

@chthnc My journey on this – I had to uninstall New Zealand Shipping Zones for WooCommerce plugin, delete the shipping zones (important step) then reinstall the updated plugin and set the shipping methods and fees back up again.

I may initially have ran the plugin as an update moments before the WooCommerce update, for whatever that may have factored, but it didn’t work. Customers notified us of the error. Rolled back to previous version of New Zealand Shipping Zones for WooCommerce – still didn’t work (for reasons you described above) then decided to uninstall your plugin completely and reinstall the new version. Success.

Thank you for a great plugin and getting on top of issues caused by WooCommerce.

I already have an alternative with Booster but I would rather not have to go through 100s of products – so is this permanent?

I had the same issue – and yes using [embedyt][/embedyt] from Embed Plus YouTube WordPress Plugin

Rolled back to Custom Product Tabs Lite for WooCommerce Version 1.7.6 and all OK

@gioni Unfortunately, as users or former users of WPCerber, the proof is not ours to discern.

I got notification from Wordfence (I run multiple layers of security) 2 days ago that a critical issue had WPCerber removed from download here. I was astounded that it appears to have been an issue from September.

After coming here prior to your post and seeing no response from the author, nor on your social media platforms or website addressing the issue I removed WPCerber from 9 websites.

Every experience I have had for a plugin having issues resulting in it being dropped and the author being genuine about resolve there have been notifications that every effort is being made to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Updates addressing security issues provided within hours or a couple of days.

I suggest you don’t be butthurt toward your potential or past customers. I had great respect and trust in your product, I would like to trust it again – but “closed as of September 22, 2022” – and no notification – that is not helping.

I lost all formatting – though it kept custom text

Hmm – I just tested inserting a site logo block and it did indeed appear blank in the editor but appeared fine in preview. The sizing options where available and worked.

If I go to insert image and select the same svg it appears just fine in the editor.

What I was referring to in other post was not an Eliminator issue. The person who I assisted was using Eliminator so the containing div had a class .elementor-widget-theme-site-logo.

That issue was an existing working svg was given a <img width=”1″ height=”1″ after a WordPress update
