Ok, this is just mad. You say in your Fancy Gallery Pro page that “Please feel free to try the free lite version of Fancy Gallery Pro before you decide to buy it.” And I have tried, it′s really nice plugin. And I learned to use it. Then I make a purchase in order to turn off the Fancybox effect and I am left with broken -paid- plugin that doesn′t work within the same setup (theme + plugins) than the Lite version.

Do you really think this is a question of additional support if I could configure the Lite version without help? Is that fair? I′d say this is as much related to the Lite version than to the Pro version. I made a purchase solely to make that green star go away from the tickbox for the Fancybox effect and now my money is wasted.

I suggest I get a refund or a ticket to solve this. And the only reason I am writing here is that I have no other place to reach you. Of course I would prefer to contact you directly. I am sorry but I am left with no other way.

Sorry for bringing this up here but I already tried twice to send you an e-mail to the address I got an invoice of my purchase. And in my account there′s no possibility to open a ticket… that′s the problem really.

Unfortunately I cannot open a support ticket. I logged in to your site but there were no such possibility. And I think I shouln′t buy a new product now that the old one′s not working. I must underline that I love your Lite version and it was fine but the Pro version never worked for me the same way within the same Pagelines theme. I would assume that this is not really the case of additional support. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks.

Fancy Gallery has worked great for me but after a few last days it renders the grid thumbnails wrong and I can′t get the customized fancybox anymore. Does this have something to do with an update or where I should troubleshoot?

I used to have a gallery grid without any borders and a lightbox which fades in to white. Now the look is completely different. It appears that my css has been overwritten but I can′t find the file in plugin editor to fix it.

Any ideas? As I said previously Fancy Gallery has been terrific together with Pagelines Framework theme…

All solved. I restored to my older mysql database backup and after that all started working again. Problem solved. No need for further assistance.

I have read most of the topics already. Could someone explain how I can′t login when all files are previous to hacking and myphpadmin has a password for admin? Should my setup be as it was because all is older than hacking?
