I think you have to adjust slider by number of images appear at time.Its default 5 but you can change it from thumbnail settings.

Probably there is issue with jQuery Conflict Or JCarousal Conflict with other Java-scrips in your theme.

Please ask your theme developer to resolve the issue.

For printing slider into theme just go to your current theme php files and add <?php echo do_shortcode (‘[print_thumbnail_slider]’); ?> to header Or footer files Or any where you need to print.

All place holder already working

[user_nicename] is already working.

but when you paste place holder into html editor be-careful.Some time editors add extra style sheet

Example

When you write bold [user_nicename]

Editor will convert into html like this

[</b><b style=”color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: sans-serif; line-height: 20px;”>user_nicename]</b></p>

So in this case user_nicename] will not replace with users nice name.

So in this case you can paste [user_nicename] by goging to editors source directly.
