Please email our support email. We are prohibited from providing support for this theme here. However, I can tell you that all of our themes are compatible with current PHP. Although, if you are having trouble logging in, I am wondering if you may not have the most recent update.

In any case, email our support and we are happy to work through your issues with you. We want you to have a trusted usable site, whether you choose to renew with us in the future or not.

    Hi,

There could be two different things going on here. First, there were some compatibility issues resulting from the newer PHP 8+ versions. We just pushed an update a few days ago that addresses these, so if you are not using the current version, I would suggest starting there.

503 error can be because of so many things it is often a trial and error process. As you mentioned, plugins or themes can cause it, but it can also be issue like server resources, CDN, API, etc.

I think I would start with updating the theme and see how your site handles it. Since you’ve already tried disabling plugins, you can try changing themes and see if that fixes it. I can tell you that we are not seeing this problem across the board, but it doesn’t mean it couldn’t be happening to you. If you can get the site back, try running it through sitechecker and see if it identifies some problems for you to focus on. Also, especially if I was using very cheap hosting, I would talk to my host and see if resource allocation was the problem.

    Keeping everyone updated:
I do have a fix for this right now.
For today we will be running some tests on different combinations of themes/plugins to make sure that we’re solving the underlying problem and didn’t just accidentally fix one configuration. But, assuming testing works out, I’ll push 3.3.4 tonight or tomorrow morning with the fix. Once that happens, it’s usually 30mins – 3 hours before it shows up in your dashboard as an update.

    Hi @skeeterzx21,
Can you 1) go into your Plugins > install plugins and at Nimble Builder verify that automatic updates (on the far right) is not enabled? If it is here, you can toggle between on and off.

    2) If it isn’t enabled but is still auto-updating, there are really two ways that I know that this can happen. You could be running another plugin that handles theme/plugin updates for you and that plugin is triggering all plugins to auto-update.
    3) Finally, in the functions.php file, you could have something that looks like this, which would force auto-updates:

    add_filter( 'auto_update_plugin', '__return_true');

Of course, if you can’t figure out what is doing it, you can repeat the same process as yesterday. If we don’t have a solution by tomorrow, then I am going to roll back the update (except the new twitter logo) and push that, so that at least 3.3.4 is functional while we work behind the scenes to identify what is causing this.

@skeeterzx21 you can delete the plugin and then download the zip file here and then upload it to plugin section of WP.

We have not sent out an email announcing a new update and 3.3.4 is not yet ready. Some people appear to have the issue and others do not. For those who have the issue, the best bet is to roll back Nimble Builder free to 3.3.2. When 3.3.4 is ready we will push it through the WP repository and it will show up as a notification for plugins.

Taking a little longer to fix. It’s not everyone. We believe we’ve isolated the problem to the free nimble builder plugin with the paid themes. Current temporary fix is to roll back the Nimble Builder plugin. We’ll have a patch as soon as possible.

An error crept in with the last update. We have a team working on it as we speak and will push an update ASAP. In the meantime, you can roll back the update and the previous version will work.

Hi. We are unable to address paid product support here. If you have not already, please email us at the support email. If you have, we will get back to you within 24 hours. We were slightly delayed as there was an Islamic holiday that our tech was observing, but we will respond shortly.

    Thanks again,

Regarding the other questions here, apologize for the delay. It looks like my notifications got turned on.
Customizr is very stable and so there are really only two kinds of updates we are making:
    1. Occasional user-requested updates (eg. added icons, etc).
    2. Updates required to stay current with updated WP and PHP versions.

We do have a Customizr Pro issue cause with PHP 8.2 which is taking focus, although it does not impact the free version of Customizr. As issues creep in, we will continue to address them.
