It seems to have worked on the scheduled backups as well.

It seems to have worked, at least when I manually initiated a backup. I’ll be interested to see if it works for the next full scheduled backup.

I do have that set to 60 minutes. It still doesn’t pull new images, unless I refresh the cache.

I also reset the cache in the settings of the plugin, and it corrected the problem. HOWEVER, I’ve since added more images to my Instagram feed, and I had to reset the plugin cache again. We shouldn’t have to reset the cache every time something new is posted in our IG feed. Please help.

Whelp! I figured out why the hashtags weren’t posting. Even though I had it set to “Create hashtags from categories,” the “Maximum Hashtags length” was set to “0.” Sorry about that.

I guess I’m not too worried about why the short URL doesn’t show up, since there is still a link to click.

I have some screenshots available, but I’m not sure how to paste them in here? It doesn’t seem to give me that capability.

The last time everything was working correctly was 04/29/2018. It took me a few days to realize that nothing was being posted at all. On 05/02/2018, I checked the plugin, and sure enough, it wasn’t “connected” to my Twitter account. So, I re-connected it, and the plugin began posting to Twitter again. However, since then, it’s now posting without the category hashtags and short URL.

After attempting to troubleshoot a million things, I tried again, and it was miraculously fixed!

I am pretty much getting this exact same error. Please help!
