Yes, it’s possible to edit the Plyr JS.
Here’s the line where Plyr is initialized.But do note that your changes will be deleted every time the plugin is updated.
As Igor said, we will introduce more options in the future.

All the docs are on their GitHub page.If you know how to edit SCSS or LESS, just grab the sources here, edit & compile them and include in your theme or some other way that won’t be overwritten during Sermon Manager update
Or you could write your own CSS and target specific classes.
Whatever you find easier ??

Yes, that is correct, dates fix is one time only. If there’s nothing to fix, you are all set, and you don’t need to do anything in future.
Yup, you can remove it, but there’s no need for it, it won’t do any harm if you leave it in there.
By the way, sermon date as published is in official release now. It was released as part of 2.1.0.

We made some small changes that should allow you to use 5.3 while having the newest features.But, there might be unexpected bugs, so, it would be the best to use 5.6.
