I could rename EM post type under events-manager/em-posts.php and flush rewrite rules but when I update the plugin it will not work again. Will it ?

My .htaccess just have this lines :

<Files *.php>
Deny from all
</Files>

I couldn’t find another way than put a .htaccess file inside the plugin root directory (inside /wp-content/plugins/leaflet-maps-marker)

It will probably be removed on the next update. Could you add this .htaccess directly to the plugin ?
