In reply to: [Social Feed Gallery] Cannot Call API for App… On Behalf Of User…Just like the article titled “Unreliable, keeps disconnecting from Instagram“, this plugin/feed simply disconnects all the time. I was showing a potential customer our website yesterday and lo and behold the feed was not loading properly (hidden).
After seeing the other article was posted 8 months ago with the same issue I would refrain from using this plugin until they get this sorted out. I’m simply not able to check this part of my website all the time and honestly should not have to as the plugin should stay up to date.
Hello, I’m hoping i can get support with this asap as the checkout process is affecting my website Conversion Rate.
“Is not working”, will this be fixed?
I need to either filter out a name as stated above, or somehow dynamically change the name.
It also doesn’t make sense for the ‘name’ of the review to be the user id name, ProductFeedPro should reference the actual review name. If this were the case, I would not be having any issues.
Please help, I need to resolve this asap.
For now, I am trying to filter out all reviews with the name Nile. I currently have the ‘reviews’ Google product attribute set to the ‘value’ of ‘Reviews’.
I tried setting a Filter to filter out ‘Reviews’ that ‘contain’ the term “Nile” but the reviews still appear in the feed. In other words, the filter is as follows, if “Reviews” condition contains a value of “Nile” then exclude. However, reviews with a name of Nile are still in the feed.
Why is this filter not working?
Okay. Is there any way you could add a search feature for the dropdown? It would help a lot.
I turned this setting on and there are still a ton of options in my dropdown. See screenshot at the following link: https://www.nilotoys.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/PRODUCTFEEDPROLIST.png
Here is a link to an image for reference showing the comment in wordpress, on the site, and in the feed: https://www.nilotoys.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/issue.png
Yes, however, I edit the names under the Reviews tab in WordPress after posting the reviews to update them to the real customer’s name. The name still appears to come through as mine. How can this be resolved?

In reply to: [Social Feed Gallery] Cannot Call API for App… On Behalf Of User…Yes it works now, what was the issue?
That makes sense, I am using Yoast SEO for structured data. That is probably causing the issue then. Thanks.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3TC making website download? The problem happened again yesterday evening until this morning and I lost many sales due to this issue. I turned the plugin off at this point. Do you have any knowledge as to what’s happening? I cannot lose sales and allow my website to be the test dummy.
Thanks.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3TC making website download? It was happening for a few hours yesterday and after messing around with it for quite some time it eventually went back to normal. I didn’t change any settings and did nothing at the point that it started working again. Not sure what the issue was..
Extra Note/Info:
The link that is in the product id field looks something like:
rather than the variable product such as:
In addition, even when I paste the second link above (with the attributes in the URL), the attributes are still not selected from the dropdown menu on the landing page triggering the variable product id.
Can I implement the CAPI separately and keep the pixel info in productfeedpro as I mentioned above? I’d rather not pay for the elite just to get the CAPI to work.
If not, what if I just use productfeedpro for the facebook catalog and then implement the facebook pixel and CAPI separately? Or would this not work because the pixel and CAPI aren’t used in the productfeedpro plugin?
Or is that a paid elite feature only?
