You can add the header image through the option appearance->customize->Header media. But these header image will be displayed in all other pages. So to display the header image in specific page you can use the plugin below:

Here chose an option “Row Layout” as “Full Width Stretched”.

If you go to the particular pages/posts and set the layout then those setting will be permanent for that page. And you can see the layout options in customizer which will take effect for only the pages whose layout is chosen as “default”.
