Finally I have solve this issue.
I have deactivate all the plugins, my error have been solve and I could see the theme correctly..:-)

No, as I have reverting it in Twenty Thirteen theme, than I can not got this error.

I have got the same error like connection was reset.
I am got this error in my localhost.

@rayo2010, yes, it may happen, because sometime whenever we are upgrade the version at that time, it may not fully update, so we should have to put wp-include and wp-admin folder manually to our site. After that it can work perfectly.

@rayo2010, I have face this problem before 2 week after installing the version 3.6.
Now if you have the woocommerce folder in wp-content\theme\your theme\woocommerce, than please rename or remove the chekcout folder in it.

I hope it may help.

Finally I got the solution.
If you have the folder at theme, named, “woocommerce folder. And you also have the folder in plugin\woocommerce\templates. Now In theme\woocommerce folder, you have to rename the all file or delete the file, which have the same name, in plugin\woocommerce\template
I am sure, you can select radio button of any shipping method.

@splashingpixels.com, you are right, what u say, like to delete the woocommerce template and than chek. yes after deleting it, the shipping method option can work good. but styling are mashup. what i do?

@design2code, I have enable multiple shipping method, but even i can not select any radio button from list..!!
