    Interestingly, both show up as version 1.5.2 in the admin tool (my web pages are using a template so I don’t see it there). Guess I’ll just upgrade to version 2, thanks.

    Thanks, I’ve been working DNS issues all day, I’m back…I can log in but the options page is buggy because when I removed the blog address (since it’s the same as the wordpress uri) it reverted back to its old setting. I have another site on the same server running a more recent version of wordpress, which has no bugs. I can’t see which release each one is (they’re both 1.5, but there’s a third digit I can’t find) so I have two choices: run both sites off the other version of wordpress, which involves some research since I’m working with separate domains and of course directories, or upgrade the site in question to a more recent version, which will involve backing up databases etc. I haven’t installed PHP Admin, as I prefer to use the SQL backup tools, but I have to study that first.
    Anyway if I’m missing something let me know, and if there’s a way to look up the exact version number that would help, thanks.
