Reverting to version 7.5.3 solved the issue. The new updated broke something in the code.

Hello! After upgrading to version 7.5.4 I am also facing the same problem. I did clear the cache and for extra measure cleared my browser’s cache too. But, the problem persisted – Sharing buttons have disappeared from a post’s top and bottom position.

Floating sharing bar is not available only on the homepage not in the post. Any idea?

Thanks michael.l.hayden You had pinpointed the error. I am sure, the theme was a corrupt one. By commenting out the lines you had mentioned the problem is gone.
