Also, when I tried to debug website using wp-config file, I didn’t get any error. Even I have checked php_errorlog file, there is also no error reported.

Thank you for reply.

I was importing backup to localhost and not on any live server. And I have added below lines in .htaccess file with these values:

php_value memory_limit 1024M
php_value max_execution_time 30000

PHP version might be causing issue, because previously it was running on PHP version 7.4 & later I was trying to import on PHP version 8.x. I will try again with PHP version 7.4.

I am not creating any custom user role as of now, because WordPress itself gives many options to use.

The native roles and capabilities should remain the same whether you use the native Block or Classic editor. Third-party editors may have their own nuances.

Yes, that’s what I am saying, when I use the User role editor plugin, it works perfectly for Gutenberg and not for Classic Editor.

Then there might be an issue with the Classic editor or WordPress core version!

I experimented with default roles without using the User Role Editor plugin. Here are the outcomes:

1. Author: In both editors, blogs were published directly without requiring review for both adding and editing scenarios.
2. Contributor: In both editors, new posts went through the review process. However, after publication, I was unable to edit them.
3. Editor: In Gutenberg, everything worked as expected. In the classic editor, new posts followed the expected behavior, but editing posts resulted in direct publishing.

It seems like this issue is related to the WordPress core version rather than being specific to any particular plugin, or might be classic editor conflicts with the WordPress core version.

Yes, I have tried disabling the plugin and it was working properly. That’s why I raised a ticket here because it is not working while this plugin is active. I need to make changes in the plugin file to make it reflected.

I have tried to give different container IDs to both popups that contain Divi builder but still, it is not working properly. Can you check once if it is correct or not?

There is a popup-section class common in both popups. I tried to remove it from one popup but it is also not working properly. I guess Divi Builder is not working properly with the Popup Maker plugin.
