Email delivery is a tricky issue. FormCraft doesn’t deliver emails – it simply instructs your server to delivery them. Shared web hosts are notoriously bad at email delivery.

We recommend using a third-party plugin like Easy WP SMTP.

The form isn’t submitted until the user hits submit. Nothing is recorded or sent when user switches between pages.

Can you try this with Google mail? Can you also share the From Name you are using?

When I use Greek chars in Form Name they show up fine in Gmail. It might be that your email client doesn’t support non-English characters.

If your don’t have the license key I don’t know where you got the plugin. We can’t provide support without a license key to prevent piracy.

Did you buy the plugin on CodeCanyon?

The code error I see on your page can’t be from the Basic plugin. We use that code in the premium version only.

This forum is for the basic plugin. For support for the premium plugin we need to verify your key. What issue do you face when using the support link shared?

FormCraft basic uses wp_mail function to send emails. If you have configured WP Mail SMTP to send WP emails, FormCraft would be using this indirectly.

I’d recommend checking your Sender Name and Sender Email parameters.

That isn’t possible since the .cart element is inside other elements one of which is relative-positioned. I don’t think there is any way around it for now.
