I just added the screenshot pic to show what I set it to look like (minus the verbiage, of course).

Clearing the IE cache didn’t work. So I tried using Firefox to log into her site and that worked! Thank you so much — I didn’t even think to try that!

I will try this — thank you! I checked and logged into my own website and I don’t have this problem on my site, which is weird…

Can you please remind me how to clear the cache? I’ve not done that in quite awhile… THANKS!

Thanks — I didn’t think this was a theme problem. Unfortunately I can’t get into their forum because I don’t have the client’s login information. Also, since it’s not my site, I can’t deactivate plugins, etc. Plus THEY can see everything, it’s just me who can’t…

BTW, it’s the same thing if I try to add a new Post or Page…

I also need to continuously update the photos on the website but am not familiar with coding, which is why I use WP with plug-ins, etc. I looked at the above and tried a few things with no luck.

The gallery is on my client’s site at https://www.RIYC.net. If I can get it to work properly on this site, I’ll be using it on others. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, I love that a training video was created and wish it had been updated so it was easier to understand. It took hours for me just to get the plug-in to work simply because the video was outdated. Do you have an updated training video?
