Nithin JohnHi,
I apologize for the delay in response.
These fields do not come from our plugin. Please check again. You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) to deactivate plugins and switch themes without affecting the site.

Regarding the automatic relaying of job offers to Indeed or Glassdoor, our plugin does not have built-in support for these platforms. It’s possible that the job postings were being relayed automatically by external services or bots that may have changed their policies or functionalities.
To address this issue, we recommend checking with Indeed and Glassdoor to see if they have made any updates to their job posting policies. Additionally, you might want to explore third-party services or plugins that specialize in job listing syndication, which could facilitate the automatic posting of your job offers to these platforms.
We understand the importance of efficiently advertising job openings and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

This feature is available in the Pro pack of WP Job Openings only. In the Pro pack, there is a ‘Custom Form‘, which allows you to replace the existing or in-built job application form with the form generated by external plugins such as Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, etc. You can add the shortcode generated by these plugins by selecting ‘Custom Form’ as the ‘Default form for new openings’ from WP Job Openings Settings > Form > General > Application form options. The above option is also available under each job. So, if you have created a job and published it, it will be given preference instead of a global setting.
Please note that since both are different plugins, currently, there is no option to manage the application coming from another plugin in the WP Job Openings plugin.

In the Pro pack of WP Job Openings, you have the option to add a custom button instead of application form. Please go to WP Job Openings Settings > Form > General and choose the ‘Default form for new openings’ as ‘Custom Button’ under the ‘Application form options.’
For the ‘Enter URL’ field, add the external link. For the ‘Button text’ field, add the text to be displayed for the corresponding button. Then, save these changes. Now, instead of the application form, a button will be displayed for applying to the position. Please note that the above option is also available under each job.

A 403 error typically indicates that the server understood your request, but it refuses to authorize it. This could be due to various reasons such as permission issues, security configurations.
Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
- .htaccess File: Check your site’s
.htaccess
file for any rules that might be causing the 403 error. Sometimes security plugins or server configurations add rules that can block certain request. - Server Logs: Check the server error logs for more detailed information about the 403 error. This can often provide clues about what’s causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, let us know.

You can easily change job specifications labels from Settings > Job Specifications. Currently, there is no option to add singular and plural labels, but we will consider this as a feature request.

Nithin JohnHi,
Sorry! Currently, it is not possible to do this with the plugin.
The Restrict Duplicate Applications option is available in the pro pack of the plugin, but it can only be used for one open job application.
