Hi Jerry,
This can happen if you use the default PHP mail service.
First of all, please note these points.
1. If the ‘From’ address does not match the domain on the hosting account, it can cause issues with email delivery.
2. Check if you are using the correct email address in the ‘From’ address used by our plugin (Settings > Notifications) for the applicant and admin notifications.
3. Avoid using the same email addresses for the From and To fields. If not, the email will be automatically marked as spam.If the above solutions don’t work for you, then there are many other ways to fix this: You can use a dedicated plugin for handling the mail. For example, WP Mail SMTP by WPForms or using the plugin, Stop WP Emails Going to Spam if you do want to use the default PHP mail service.

In reply to: [WP Job Openings - Job Listing, Career Page and Recruitment Plugin] ShortcodeHi,
In the WP Job Openings Pro pack, there is a Shortcode Builder(Job Openings > Settings > Shortcodes > General) feature which helps you to filter jobs based on job specifications. After generating the shortcode, copy-paste it onto the pages you need to display the job listing of a particular category.
Please go through the documentation of the plugin for more details.Documentation: https://docs.wpjobopenings.com/settings-pro/shortcodes

Nithin JohnHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
This feature is only available in the PRO version. You can use the shortcode of the third-party form. Please note that the applicants’ data will not be accessible for the plugin if you use a custom form. Applications will be handled by the form plugin you are using.
