Nithin JohnHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you please assign job locations for the jobs and change the specification key to
job-location
from Wp Job Openings -> Job Specifications settings and try once more?Regards
Nithin JohnHi,
By default, the name text field and email field can’t be made optional. Both these fields are required for the working of the application flow. Hence these fields are super-fields.

In the Pro pack of the WP JobOpenings plugin, we have added the feature to restrict duplicate application submissions. You can disable this by going to Job Openings > Settings > Forms > General > Restrict Duplicate Applications.

Nithin JohnHi,
I apologize for the delay in response.
We checked your website and found that you are using the WordPress-generated archive page for the jobs.
Just so you know, mainly two pages are created when you activate our plugin. One is the job listing page (standard page) which contains the job listing shortcode ([awsmjobs]) generated by our plugin, and the other is the jobs archive page (https://www.example.com/jobs) which is a WordPress generated archive page for jobs. Basically, both list the jobs with the same configurations. We have enabled both pages for flexibility and ease of use.A standard page with a shortcode (Settings > General > Job listing page) allows you to easily configure the job listing page’s content with a WordPress editor or other page builders. So if your theme doesn’t support template customizations, then this is the better option for you. In your case you only need the standard page with the shortcode added and not the archive pages. In that case, you can easily disable the same by checking the ‘Disable the archive page for Job Openings’ option from Job Openings General Settings.

Nithin JohnHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
By default, the excerpt is not shown in the listing. But you can use the below code snippet for your purpose.
function before_awsm_jobs_listing_specs_content() { the_excerpt(); } add_action( 'before_awsm_jobs_listing_specs_content', 'before_awsm_jobs_listing_specs_content' );

Hi,

Yes! In the Pro add-on(WP Job openings Pro) you will have the ‘CC Email Notifications’ meta box available for each job. There you can set up emails. A copy of notifications for each job application will be sent to the emails you submit.
