Thank you for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
These big discrepancies between the traffic reported in Google Analytics and NitroPack can occur in rare cases. That’s why our support team escalated your issue to our developers for a technical investigation and a custom fix.
Unfortunately, these fixes are complex and require more time. We’re constantly onboarding new support and dev team members to resolve these cases faster.
Again, thank you for the detailed feedback. It’s crucial for making NitroPack better for everyone.

The Ludicrous mode can be suboptimal for JavaScript-heavy websites. We’ve stated that our WordPress plugin and Help Desk documentation.
Our tech support and dev teams usually have to build custom solutions for these JS-heavy websites. These fixes are much more complex and take a lot of time to complete.
That’s why we have features like our Safe Mode, which lets our support team investigate and solve issues without website interruptions. We’re also constantly onboarding new support and dev team members to resolve these cases faster.
Again, thank you for the detailed feedback.
Hi @facil2000 ,
Apologies for the delayed reply here! There are no known issues with AdSense in particular. What can cause a drop in ad revenue is if the ad script are loaded via tag manager. The reason for it is that in that case the ad scripts are hidden from NitroPack behind the tag manager’s script, so NitroPack is not aware that this script must be handled like an ad script. Our suggestion is to embed the ad script separately, not via tag manager.
Hey @mario-barretta ,
All optimizations that NitroPack performs are in-line with how the web evolves and what is considered best practices. Automatically delaying JS loading has been a hot topic in the recent weeks, but there is no evidence for this to be an issue. In fact this technique is being picked up by other popular solutions for site speed and is quickly becoming an important feature for accelerating loading speed. Also, keep in mind that Google will use the CRUX field data when evaluating a site’s speed which is collected from the real world usage of a website (not to be confused with the lab score generated by Lighthouse).
Hope this helps ??
Hi @versysmedia,
We’ve always been very clear that the Free Plan adds a small badge at the bottom of websites’ footer. We’ve stated it on our pricing page (https://nitropack.io/pricing) and our product’s documentation (https://bit.ly/3rd2HyO).
This doesn’t affect NitroPack’s performance in any way. Our Free Plan still comes with all the features that premium plans have.
Also, we place the badge at the very bottom on all free websites, ensuring it doesn’t cause problems for the visitor’s experience.
On top of that, we don’t ask for a credit/debit card and we haven’t put a time limit on the plan. Anyone can use the Free Plan for as long as they need to.
Simply put, we’ve built the Free Plan in a way that lets everyone experience NitroPack’s optimizations without risking anything.
Did you know that we offer agency pricing?
Thank you for your feedback!

No, browsing as an admin doesn’t serve cached pages and does not count any CDN usage ??

Hi @markk26,
There is currently no way to add these attributes with NitroPack for compatibility/stability reasons. Throughout the years we have identified cases where adding these attributes can cause stability issues with carousels, gallery plugins and sliders. This is why we have developed a more elaborate method to achieve the same effect of preemptively sizing images but without using these attributes. So even though you might see this recommendation in your Page Speed report the underlying issue is actually solved, just in a different way.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out!
Once the limit is reached NitroPack will simply stop serving the optimized versions of your pages and your site will go back to its original state.
