OKay so i tried something else. I copied the the .htaccess file that was created after the plugin is activated(nthing change just the default setting). Then i deactivated the plugin and replace the .htaccess manually(that i copied from before) and then manually turned on the lscache in the httpd_config.conf (setting enablecache to true) and volla now both the cache is working and ttfb is also like before. I believe there is definitely something wrong with the plugin it adds around 2-3 seconds on the first try . Please see to it i believe there might be some bug in the plugin.
Also are there any command that i can use to purge without using the plugin?? Does the command like ‘wp litespeed’ work without any plugin??
