It is unfortunate that you had to face such issue and we apologize for the inconvenience caused because of this. When this feature was requested we took note and released the following features: Dynamic Sound Notification, Repeating sound notification, Sound notification closing after pop-up closes. We delivered these within a short time which may have caused some issues that you mentioned.
Moreover, we focused on our flagship features which is why we missed these issues. Our team has been working under pressure and it may have caused some delays in responding which we apologize for.
Currently, we have already started looking into this with high priority and by next week you can expect all of these to be resolved.
However, since you had to go through unfortunate events, we are willing to look into your refund request if that is what you want. We are already processing your ticket and you will receive an update there.

Reservation schedule is showing right schedule for Saturday ( https://prnt.sc/26woqle ).
Translation For “From” and “To” is also working. (https://prnt.sc/26woeez). We have translate using LOCO translator addons.
Can you please clear cache of your browser,check again. Also check that you are using update version of WPCafe v1.6.0. It should work. If you still face any issues. We will check and solve the problem ASAP.

We have released WPCafe v1.5.4. In this release we have fixed special character issues and translation issue. Our QA team is continuously checking and fixing issues whenever they find any. Thank you for your query. Yes. We have options to close reservation based on seat capacity where admin can choose booking status (Pending/Confirm) in which state reservation will be close and seat capacity. Seat capacity will be difference for
single / multiple slot reservation.Best regards.
