Variable products – We need to check the problem in your site.
Variation popup – Variation popup is our pro feature. You will get the feature if
you are using pro addon.

Thank you for your query. We will update reservation schedule in next update.
In next update you can select time within 24hours. So that you can select 12:00 am. Yes, You are right the hour is “lower” because it past 00 thus you can’t select 1:00 am as ending time in single slot schedule. You can solve the problem by taking multi slot 8:00-12:00 and 12:00 am – 1:00 am. Which is our premium feature.
