All the your site content already added in your site will be still there, after the demo import too if you have not reset your WordPress site to a fresh install. So, please check on your posts/pages dashboard once properly and confirm.

WordPress crops the images in lower quality than the uploaded ones and hence you might have faced this issue. So, for the logo, maybe you can give it a try to SVG image and see if that helps? And to upload SVG files, you might need extra plugin for it which helps you to do so.

For the second issue, can you visit Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Menu Display and uncheck Display menu in one line and see if it resolves your issue?

Our theme does not support the plugin which you’ve asked for and hence, if you could code on your own then, you might be able to achieve that via the child theme.

Actually, there was theme update regarding the menu display out of viewport, ie, if the parent menu have too many sub-menus, ie, childrens then, if it goes out of viewport then, it was displayed at left side as you’ve shown in the screenshot. Hope this clarifies your concern.
