I request you to make sure these services are available between the source and destination you provided. You can use DHL rate calculator for this.

If the services are valid, Please turn on the debug mode from the plugin settings page. and check the services returning from API.

The weight based packing option of the Plus version will help you to resolve this. Where the rate will be calculated according to the total weight of cart items.

Our vendor addon plugin works together with WC Vendors plugin. It can distribute the weight to each vendor.

In your case, it will calculate the rate separately for vendor-1(200g) and Vendor-2(300g) and the rate will show as a separate cart.

You can achieve this with Plus version of the plugin along with our free Vendor addon plugin.

There you can split the cart according to vendors and show the rate separately. Also, you can generate multiple shipping labels for multiple vendors in a single order.

The insurance option is designed from the perspective of the shop owner. Once checked in the settings page, it will enable this for all customers.

Unfortunately, there is no option to choose insurance option from cart/checkout page.

As I explained earlier, our plugin is an independent plugin it works without WC zone. Since its not required to config under zone. If the rates are not coming, please check the debug data on the cart/checkout page. It will help to find out the root cause of the issue.

Please provide me with the screenshot of plugin settings page. I’ll check it and let you know.

Also please note, our plugin works independent of the zone. The shipping option will not appear in the zone. But it will show the rate in the front end once you configured the plugin.

Our plugin is designed to fetch real time rate from API. The plugin is not modifying any rates returned. Please check the option “use offline rates” in Shipping Rates option on the plugins setting page to get the retail rates.

This seems to be FedEx test server problem.
Ideally, by now, the error should not come. Usually, it takes 4- 24 hours for test servers to come up.

Let me know if the issue persists.
