The message in the debug mode says that listed services are not available. Request you to try the UPS calculator to know the available services.

I have tested the same scenario with Woocommerce version-2.5.5 & WordPress-4.5.2, and the plugin calculates the rate perfectly.

I confirm that the plugin works perfectly with the latest 4.5.2 WordPress version. I reconfirmed it by testing the scenario provided by you.

Few checks:
-Make sure that you have entered the weight for all the product.
-Also, check the product weight unit by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products tab.
-Please update the plugin and save the settings again.

I am sorry, I can’t see the settings page of the plugin. Please send a screenshot of plugin settings page. Also, request you to make the Country and postcode visible while capturing the cart screenshot.

We cannot control USPS shipping method based on the Shipping class in the basic version of the plugin.

However we do provide an additional code snippet to achieve similar features with our premium plugin.

As per our analysis, you should be able to see the rates for the below services.

EXPRESS 12:00, Shipping charge USD 239.310
EXPRESS WORLDWIDE, Shipping charge USD 234.290

Please make sure that you have enabled all three services of “EXPRESS WORLDWIDE” and all two services of “EXPRESS 12:00” in the plugin settings.

Also, request you to set the WooCommerce currency as USD.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce the issue as the DHL Test server is down again.
