It doesn’t make sense because my blog is NOT on WordPress.com but the screenshot shown verifies it’s exactly where I’m seeing it. Right under Pages and Comments. No plug-in related. Weird, but there it is.

Therefore, for other WordPress users, is that just how it works? They just enter the URL and I automatically get notification in my comments that someone linked to my content?
