You can see thumbnails either on your shop page or by adding the thumbnail dimensions to the original image URL and opening it in your browser, for example:Original image: https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/car.jpg

Make sure there are no lazy-load feature enabled in your theme or any third-party plugin. Sometimes, this feature is implemented in a way that causes full-size image to load instead of the WooCommerce single thumbnail. Disabling lazy-load should resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please share the URL of the product page here or email it to support[at]sirplugin.com so I can investigate further.
