It’s the only plugin. I just set up a new blog for testing purposes and that was the first plugin I installed.

I have to ask my host about that cURL thing.

I had same kind of error at your site: the plugin didn’t work on first visit. The page just became dark-coloured but no error was given. However, it worked when I returned to your site.

The very same URL twice: in the post itself it’s not a link but in a comment it is. Why not in post, too?

How about a plugin that would make URLs automatically links? The feature already exists in comments, but not in posts.

I mean that as in your reply you gave URLs which automatically were transformed into links. The same happens if I post an URL in the comments of my blog.

However, the same thing does not work in the posts itself. I wonder if there is a way to enable that function for posts, too.

I did try before with leaving both wp-config.php and wp-content so I decided to try. Anyway, I had not yet made that many changes.

I believe I found where the problem was. Is it that chmod for wp-content should be 777? If I modified that I re-encountered the same error. 666 was not enough.

Thanks skippy,that did help. I just lost all the changes I had made to the templates. Fortunately they were not many yet. I just wish I knew what went wrong to succeed better with next upgrade.
