This is resolved now. The textareas where not showing up beacuse of my Adblock Plus extension for firefox, I feel so dumb!!

No I emailed you my theme-options.php file.
The 2.0.9. update does not resolve the issue.

I checked other topics for this problem and the only thing I could find is that this kind of stuff happens when a setting/section is empty.
But this is not the case, I checked the source code and the text area is there!

It should be something like

echo slider[0][the_id]
echo slider[1][the_id]

and so on..

A very wild thought:
get_option_tree();
This function has been deprecated. That means it has been replaced by a new function or is no longer supported, and may be removed from future versions. All code that uses this function should be converted to use its replacement.

Use ot_get_option()instead.

another plugin (Yoast SEO) also inserted Open Graph meta tags, that was causing my problem and it’s fixed now.. so maybe you should try that

Fixed second issue too, it was my theme css reset.

First question is fixed, added
td { vertical-align:middle !important; }
to custom css box.
