Systemrequirement is fulfilled.

The problem appaers during the installation.

Warning:

“The user [db-user-name] is missing privileges on the database [db-name] You can continue with the installation but some features may not be restored correctly.”

And concerning of the installed plugins the WordPressinstallation will work or not ?? :/

These privileges can bet set/ are set with CPanel:

ALTER, CREATE, CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES, DELETE, INDEX, LOCK TABLES, SELECT, TRIGGER, ALTER ROUTINE, CREATE ROUTINE, CREATE VIEW, DROP, EXECUTE, INSERT, REFERENCES, SHOW VIEW, UPDATE

Solved. The problem was with the mail server, with a very strict spam setting, which always deleted the mail immediately. After the changeover, the mails arrive.

Hi,

i have the problem, that after update to – Mashshare 2.0.8 – that in the tab “Social Networks” no services are shown.

So there is finally a gray Share-Number on the page, but no Sharebuttons for FB, TW, etc..

A new API key from sharedcount.com I’ve already inserted.

What can i do, to get the Social Networks services?

(OK: reinstalling helps -> plugin works again)
