Its pretty simple!

1) Go to WordPress DashBoard-> Settings -> Permanent Links -> Change to the link structure you want -> save the changes

2) Ssh to your Web server for example

ssh [email protected]
cd BlogDirectory

Edit .htaccess

3) Update the .htaccess with the changes required which is shown after the Step 1
