In reply to: [Native Emoji] Emoji doesn’t work since WP 5.4.2same problem, it does not work anymore
@phillcoxon Sorry for not answering before, I thought you would get back to me (misunderstanding). Please do not close post!
We are indeed using FooGallery and for translation we used WPML Translation Management.
Any idea what could be going wrong there or how to change how the post meta data is stored?

In reply to: Attachment Display Settings missing in Media GalleryAs a workaround I am using FooGallery. Even the free version is working quite fine. It has the option to apply FooGallery display settings to all pictures on the website. That′s what we do at the moment.
Hi @phillcoxon,
I have changed the outlay to “responsive gallery”. The problem (for me) is now solved.
But under certain circumstances, the pictures appeared cropped in justified gallery. Maybe I did something wrong in the settings under “height of picture”, “height of row” or “max height of row (%)”?
Nonetheless, thanks!
Hello,
any solution to this?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Images not loading after updating to WP 5.4The website is again running smoothly. The problem was our outdated Uncode Theme (it was so old that it would not update anymore). A manual reinstallation of the theme solved the issue. Here the manual, for those that have the same issue: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205#envato-market
So, on my end everything is good again. The ticket can be closed.
Thanks for your support guys!

N.B.:The issue seems to change dependign on the browser (problem does not disappear in all cases, but for some pages)
Our homepage for example: https://neue-mobilitaet.berlin/
In desktop mode:
– Google Chrome Browser: all images are shown as they should/sharp.
– Firefox and Opera: 1st image of slider in header is blurredMobile view:
– Chrome, Firefox and Opera show all header images correctly. In other cases (for some pages) nothing changed/images are still blurred. Cache has been cleared in all browsers before testing, also the WP Rocket plugin cache has been cleared.
Does this help narrowing down the problem?

In reply to: Images not loading after updating to WP 5.4@carike hmmm that’s odd.
The only thing I can think of is the WP Rocket plugin. Deactivating it did not change anything though.
Maybe this can help: I ran Health Check & Troubleshooting and it gives the following results:
-recommended optimizations
1. It is recommended to update PHP
2. One or more recommended modules are missing: optional module imagickDoes this have anything to do with it?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Images not loading after updating to WP 5.4Thanks for your reply. The isse apparently does not have to do with Imagify optimizer, maybe initially yes, but now not anymore.
I have deactivated Imagify, I rolled back to WP 5.3.2 and uploaded new images to the header, but they still appear blurry. On a couple of pages, the header images temporarily showed sharp, then after making changed to headers of other pages, they again became blurry (I emptied cache in between, so thats not the issue).
What could be the reason?
Here is an example: https://neue-mobilitaet.berlin/das-projekt
The header image appears blurry, although it is 2409×1355 pixel. What size does the image show to you @carike?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Images not loading after updating to WP 5.4I think @yvancg68 is right, I have not downgraded yet, instead I deaktivated Imagify and started reuploading the header images in proper size. Same problem, it seems like that it does not depend on the size of the image, there simply are errors loading the images. Some work some don’t…
Please get this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks guys

I just checked the details of the Imagify plug-in, apparently it only works up to 5.3.2, has not beed tested on 5.4.In this case, I will try to downgrade WP 5.4 to 5.3.2
What is the best way to do this?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Images not loading after updating to WP 5.4@otto42 Thanks for the support.
We make use of Imagify to reduce the size of the images and speed-up loading time of pages. Made use of optimze image solution. We did this for basically all pictures.
What was great about this, is the fact that although the size (in MB/KB) of the picture was strongly reduced, the quality of the displayed picture barely suffered (dimension stayed the same, that is why I don’t understand why in the links there is 258×182 and 258×299).
This stopped working after the update. Is the plugin incompatible with the new version?
Simply disabling the plugin did not change anything, I guess I would have to bring back to original all pictures. This would be very bad for our website, as it would slow it down tremendously. So how can we make the plugin work again?By the way, I cannot open the links of the images you sent, it shows 404 Page not found.

We would like to stick to the current theme. I will try to disable and re-enable the plugins (will give feedback when done). Cache has already been cleared, so that was not the issue.@otto42
The pictures are showing but the majority appear blurred, as if the image does not fully load. On our homepage for example, only 1 picture appears sharp as it should (Nr. 3 of header-slider), the rest is out of focus: https://neue-mobilitaet.berlin/The same goes for pictures within the main/content section of pages.
Here an example (header + content pictures blurred): https://neue-mobilitaet.berlin/dare-more-sustainable-mobility?lang=en
Here a different example (header image blurred, pictures of content section are sharp): https://neue-mobilitaet.berlin/summer-fleet-2018?lang=enI hope this helps. Do you have any further suggestions @otto42, besides the ones by @carike?
