You probably need some developer knowledge to do the troubleshooting, but I suspect that it is a javascript problem. The theme has a javascript error that is preventing the plugin javascript from working.

If you have disabled all plugins, have you also changed the theme, just to rule out a conflict from that as well? If you have done this and the problem still remains I will need to look into it directly on your test site. Then send me login details to the site through the plugin support system.

It is likely that you have a javascript error on the page. You will need to look into the browser console to see the error. When it is removed, the page should be working fine.

It is not possible to do this normally. You have to look into the plugin code and database to see if it is possible.

If you have any cache enabled on the site, try disabling it.

The solution is simply to add a “priority” value to the arguments for the phone field:
'priority' => 55

I think I would need to fix the issue directly on your staging site. I will need you to send me the login credentials to the site once again using the support email.

The plugin comes with one .pot file for translating the text strings into any language you want and this is the standard way wordpress plugins come.

It’s been confirmed that the problem is with the cache system added to the site by the hosting provider. At the moment there is no way to fix the problem other than to disable the cache which is not practicable for some sites.

So I will work towards getting this issue fixed on the plugin side in an upcoming update.
