I am unable to locate link to posting new query and hence posting the same here.

This is a nice plugin, I have just installed it. But I would like clarifications on two issues, at least to start with.

1. I want to shown only the excerpts on the home page. Which option should I actually enable. Please guide me.

2. I want to hide the date/time on the home page. Is this possible.

After a few months, I have now attempted to use Magazine Basic 3.0.4. However, I am facing problem with the side bars. The right side bar is always appearing below the footer. Is there any way out? I would like to have a site with either one left / right side bar or two separate side bars. What should be the size of main content and side bars in terms of %? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I do not know whether I am making myself clear. Post created under new categories and under the existing categories are visible when I access the respective categories url in the category view. For e.g. https://www.mydomain.com/category/online-shopping, https://www.mydomain.com/category/products/mobile-phones. but for https://www.mydomain.com/category/solved-complaints which is created through Testimonials Widget the posts are not shown. Under Testimonials > categories menu view it shows there are 82 posts.

If I need to tweak functions.php as suggested by you in FAQ 52 then how come other categories are working normally?

Try to access your server side through FTP and see if Graphene theme folder is there. If yes remove it manually. Now access your site through wp-admin and see if you can re-install the theme from the site admin.

I have reverted back to the older version. Older version seems to be more user friendly that 3.0.0

Thankfully I had saved my earlier version of Magazine Basic. I have reverted back to older version. Older version is much better and easier than the new version.

I think that works. Let me continue working on it will revert with any issues. Can the font type be changed? Presently I think it is Times New Roman.

You will see the paragraph spacing in the sixth item. I would like to reduce the spacing and also would like to know how to change the font type to Arial or Times New Roman

I have finally been able to achieve what I wanted but increased line spacing is causing an issue. Is there anyway I can decrease the space between the lines and paragraphs.

Thanks. It seems I have now found the way to show separate TW entries for different categories. I am sure there is a way to reduce the size of Gravatar. Could you please help me out on this.

Regarding multiple instances of Testimonial listings, I tried the way suggested by you i.e. splitting the categories for issues resolved and testimonials received. However, both the category listings appears in one single page. To be clearer on what I require, I want to list separately the issues resolved and I want list separately the testimonials received. It appears the shortcode available [testimonailswidget_list] is for only one instance of Testimonial Widget. Is it possible to create a separate list as evinced by me above.

I do not know whether this is the write place to post my issue, anyways proceeding to the same with the hope that it will receive your attention.
I have added an email id with outlook.com in my contact form but I am not receiving emails in the Outlook.com inbox. In fact I have set the Contact Form to send mails to two different ids one gmail and another outlook.com. I am getting in gmail but not getting in Outlook.com.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean WP Pagenavi will work in tandem with Testimonials Widget.

By multiple instances I mean two separate testimonal pages. Each will show different set to testimonials. For e.g. I want to use your plugin for two purposes. One for showing the list of issues solved by me and another the testimonials received.

I have two queries:

(1) I have about 9 pages (each page contains 8 testimonails) and it is still growing. The default page navigation shows a small sign for next and previous page. Is it possible to make the page numbers appear in each page so that if any desires he can direct access a certain page no and thus avoid going through the lengthy process of next and previous.

(2) This does not pertain to page navigation. I find the plugin can be used for only one instance. Can it be used for more than one instance?
