This is a feed that is doing what it should (this is one of my client):

You need to post your Podcasts using the PODCAST Tab below Posts (Note you cannot post from Mobile unless you login via Web)Use this link to goto the Page you need to post a Podcast:

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] RSS Feed errorI had the same issue. Make sure that you are making your podcasts in the Podcast Tab and you are Uploading the Files using the Default Uploader in the SSP section or Uploaded and Formulated URL (I have to do this).
Also make sure that your Episode (the mp3 section) is mapped to the Proper File for the MP3 file.Doing some debugging and attempting to download an MP3 I took a look at the Output and I got the following:
