I also figured that this happened because of the login conflict between WordPress admin and Paid Membership Pro plugin member login. After I removed the plugin using the FTP tool, I can access the entire WordPress dashboard again. However, I do need that plugin, is there any suggestion on how to keep them not conflicting with each other?
