I didn’t check anything after posting this message. Every time I would attempt to upload a file (preview or live) it would give me a red “x” I’ll recheck it now and let you know the results. If it still doesn’t work, I’ll export it to you. Meanwhile, just before seeing your reply, I went into an active form that I’ve been using for several weeks with no problem. I wanted to make a couple of minor tweaks to it. As you can see from the two screenshots, it is not listed anywhere in the Forms folder, but you can see it in the Submissions folder. I literally have to search for it for it to appear. I’m at a loss for words on this one. Please kindly advise.

That did the trick. I don’t know how that happened as I’ve never changed templates before.

For example, right now, if I click on the “Products” menu, I will get a blank uncategorized page. If I hover over the “Products” menu, “The Nehemiah Factors” page appears and I can click on that with no issues. I would like to have the “Products” menu be set up in a way that when someone clicks instead of hovers, they will go directly to the “The Nehemiah Factors” page, or whichever page is listed at the top of the submenu items. I hope that makes sense.

Hello and thank you for your timely reply. I actually confirmed that premium 3 is installed and activated. I also confirmed that the tracking feature is enabled. I checked both of these prior to submitting the ticket. See screenshots below to confirm. On the third image I listed, you’ll notice that the open tab that was once there is no longer there, and one cannot see the list of each subscriber with their open rate – again, something that was there before. What would you recommend I do next to troubleshoot this issue?

I’m astounded at your fast response time. I have very few paid plugins so I keep forgetting that I must go elsewhere for troubleshooting. No. Apparently, I was using Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Otto. When I reactivated that plugin, those advanced settings reappeared. I’ll resolve this issue, and if I have any more issues with it, I’ll open the ticket back up.

I know we resolved this issue, but now I’m wondering, how can I hide the logo and tagline from ALL pages except the home page? I’m thinking this way the “above the fold” portion of most of the website wouldn’t be the header stuff only.

This is not a post. It is a page, and the only page options are default, contained, and full-width; none of which removes the pic from the live page. If I were to delete the image, then the heading which should be above the photo appears below the photo instead.
