Thanks PinkishHue, for letting my know about the Auto Post Thumbnail plugin… After trying it… it seems much better than Media Tools… it runs automatically along with the auto feed from FeedWordpress….

I had the same issue with FWP… I found this plugin… https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/media-tools/ it worked great at importing the external post images and placeing them as the featured image in each post… the only ones that it did not work on were ones that had a featured video inplace of the a picture.. for these it placed a black place holder image….

Thanks for the help guys… Version 2.0.1 has now taken care of the issue…

I tried the above fix and matched the code exactly, taking away the dot… and only ended with the new error…

However with new version, I am up and running again…

Thanks for the quick response..

I removed dot on line 94 and now get Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘)’ in /home/content/k/p/a/xxxxxx/html/new/wp-content/plugins/qr-code-widget/qr_code_suite.php on line 8
