Yes, we did have in mind to get an order number plugin if needed, so I’ll go ahead and test that.

I deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe and I switched to the default theme, but the issue persists. What other troubleshooting steps do you recommend? I have also contacted the host (Nexcess) to see whether there’s anything they can check on their side.
Thank you for helping me understand this better, @stuartduff. What about the following situation… Customer has product A in cart, which as cross-sells has products B and C. Then customer adds product B to the cart. Because it’s a cross-sell for product A, does this remove the product from the displayed cross-sells?
Also if there’s any specific extension you can recommend for gaining more control over cross-sells then I’m all ears. ??

Thanks so much for your reply. This part is now clear to me, how about when there are several products in the cart that have cross-sells attached to them? What determines whether the cross-sells of product a vs b vs c are shown?
Hey @jamesosborne, that’s odd… Tag Assistant shows gtag.js and Tag Manager, but when I look in the source code for gtag.js I cannot find it.
After clearing cache issue persists.

Yes I did originally allow the GA module to insert the snippet, and I deactivated that function, but the snippet is still being inserted. Perhaps a caching issue, I’ll check.
Site Kit is connected to GTM.
I’ll revert soonest.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Error 10605Hi @ahhsan62, I discovered that even though PayPal offers ZAR accounts, its API doesn’t support ZAR payments. See https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/reference/currency-codes/. That is what was causing the error.
