We are gonna look into making it possible to make a sub page underneath an unpublished page.
Hopefully we can add this feature in January of 2016.

I get why this may not have been clear for you at first hand. We do have a screenshot on our screenshots page where this is shown.

We do support Parent / Child pages and also with drag and drop functionality.
So don’t know why you thought we don’t? But you can drag and drop pages anywhere. ??

You also referred to that plugin in June. We have no plans to add it to the Dashboard, but if someone else wants to add this feature they are free to add it.

I’m not completely sure what you mean.
Do you mean on the Dashboard main page (wp-admin/index.php)?
As far as we know SPM has never showed on that page, maybe you made something for that yourself?

When you have, let’s say more then 1300 pages or around that range then it is indeed a bit slower then the regular WP pages. This is probably due to the use of javascript.
Until that amount of pages we found it was still very fast and without issues. Maybe we can tweak it a little.

Showing the page ID could indeed be useful, I’ll place that on the feature request board. Off-course you are free to contribute, it’s open source. ??

At this moment there’s no way to duplicate a page. Also we have no plans to add this feature in the near future. I shall however place this feature request on our list, so who knows.

Of course it’s open source, so everybody is free to add a duplicate page function.
